Advanced Settings
Learn to manage outreach effectively with Advanced Settings: Inactive Days, Active Times, Blacklists, and Attach Settings.
1.0 Overview
Advanced Settings offers powerful tools to optimize and manage your outreach campaigns. Features like Inactive Days, Active Time Settings, Blacklists, and Attach Settings help ensure your campaigns are well-timed, targeted, and aligned with business goals.
1.1 Analogy
Imagine youβre running a pizza shop π where orders are being made. You have different levels of instructions:
1. Agent Settings (Default Recipe Book π)
β’ This is the basic recipe that every chef follows when making pizza.
β’ It helps new chefs know how to cook, but they can change it later if needed.
2. Sender Settings (Custom Recipe for Some Chefs π¨βπ³)
β’ Some chefs like to tweak the recipe (extra cheese, different toppings).
β’ This doesnβt change the main recipe book, just how certain chefs prepare their pizzas.
3. Campaign Settings (The Final Order from the Customer! ποΈ)
β’ This is THE ONLY RULE that matters when making each pizza!
β’ No matter what the recipe book (Agent) or chef preferences (Sender) say, the customerβs order (Campaign Settings) is the final rule.
β’ All the ingredients and recipes exist, but the customer can ask to add or remove things, and only that will apply.
π So, Agent & Sender settings are just starting points, but the Campaign Settings are the FINAL instructions that must be followed! πβ
1.2 Understanding Advanced Settings
Advanced Settings operate at three levels, each with unique applications and priorities:
Agent Settings: These act as default configurations, automatically applying to new senders and allowing updates to existing campaigns when attached.
Sender Settings: Similar to Agent Settings, but limited to attaching configurations to existing campaigns. Agent Settings, however, can apply to multiple senders at once.
Campaign Settings: These take the only priority for the activities. They directly control how outreach operates and must be configured for each campaign.
Accessing Advanced Settings:
From Campaign: Go to Campaign Creation β Prospect β See Advanced Settings.
From Agent: Go to Agent β Settings.
From Sender: Go to Agent β Sender Settings β Outreach Settings.
Features like Blacklists, Active Times, and Inactive Days can be inherited by campaigns or customized for specific needs.

Features
2.1 Inactive Days
Inactive Days prevents outreach during non-business days and holidays, ensuring your campaigns remain professional while maximizing engagement.
Key Capabilities:
Exclude holidays automatically: The system detects national holidays based on the prospect's country and prevents outreach.
Add custom dates: Manually set specific dates like weekends or company-wide off days to pause outreach.
Steps to Configure:
Open Advanced Settings
Navigate to the "Inactive Days" section.
Select dates to mark as inactive.
Enable prospect country holiday exclusions or add custom dates.
Save the settings.

2.2 Active Time Settings
Active Time Settings lets you set campaign operating hours to ensure outreach occurs at optimal times, increasing the likelihood of prospect responses.
Key Capabilities:
AI Detection: Automatically aligns with prospects' local business hours.
Manual Configuration: Set specific active hours based on your needs or audience availability.
Steps to Configure:
Open Advanced Settings
Navigate to the "Active Time Settings" section.
Choose your preferred option:
Select AI Detection to auto-detect business hours.

2.3 Blacklists
Blacklists help you exclude irrelevant profiles, companies, and lead lists to focus on valuable targets. This refinement makes your outreach more efficient and effective.
Key Capabilities:
Exclude Companies: Block outreach to all profiles from specific companies.
Exclude Profiles: Block individual profiles from contact.
Exclude Lead Lists: Block entire lead lists from outreach.
Steps to Configure:
Open Advanced Settings
Navigate to the "Black Lists" section.
Add exclusions by specifying:
Companies to block profiles linked to those organizations.
Profiles to ignore specific individuals.
Lead Lists for bulk exclusions of profiles.
Save the settings.

Key Capabilities:
Bulk Application: Apply settings like Blacklists, Active Times, or Inactive Days to multiple campaigns or senders.
Streamlined Workflow: Quickly apply predefined settings to new campaigns.
