Welcome to the SalesMind AI family! We're excited to have you here. This guide will get you set up fast so you can start using AI to find more customers.
Step 1: Create Your Account
First, you'll need to create your account. Please use the same email address you used for your Push Ads. This keeps everything connected and simple.
Step 2: Set Up Your AI Agent
Your agent is the digital version of you or your company. It's who the AI will be when it talks to potential customers.
1. Go to the "Agent" tab: You'll find this on the left side of your screen.
2. Access your profile: Your LinkedIn profile should already be connected. Just click on it to open its settings.
3. Add your details: Fill in the "Sender Information" section with any helpful details about yourself. The more you add, the better the AI will sound like you.
Step 3: Explore Agent Settings
On the main Agent page, you'll find different settings to customize your experience and prepare for your campaigns.
Integrations: If you use a CRM tool (like Salesforce or HubSpot), you can connect it here.
Personas: This is a powerful part of SalesMind AI. You can create up to 10 "personas," which are profiles of your ideal customers. We suggest making at least three to start. Fill in as much information as you can about who you're trying to reach.
Step 4: Build Your First Campaign
Now you're ready to create your first campaign!
(1) Choose your sender: Select the LinkedIn account you want to use.
(2) Add your website links:
Website URL: Put the link to your website or the service you're selling. The AI will read this to understand what you do.
Landing Page URL: This is the link where the AI will send people who are interested.
(3) Customize with advanced settings: You can set specific days and times for your
campaign to run. You can also add a blacklist of people to avoid contacting.
Step 5: Find Your Leads
You have several easy ways to add people to your campaign:
AI Lead Finder (Best Method): Let our AI find the best people for you. You can use one of your personas to help the AI narrow down its search.
LinkedIn: Search for people on LinkedIn (either with Sales Navigator or the free version), copy the link from your search, and paste it here.
Company Followers: Paste a company's LinkedIn page link to get all of their followers. This works for your page or a competitor's.
Google Sheet: If you have a list of LinkedIn profile links in a Google Sheet, you can paste the sheet's link here. Just make sure the sheet is public.
Step 6: Create Your Messages
This is where you tell the AI what to say.
Customize your messages: The campaign has a series of messages that the AI will send. Once a person replies, the messages stop.
First message: We recommend sending an empty connection request first. It's a soft way to get them to look at your profile.
Follow-ups: For the next messages, you can give the AI instructions. Tell it what you want the message to do, what tone to use, and what you want the person to do next (your Call to Action).
Step 7: Launch and Monitor
After you're done, you can review everything. Once you're sure it's correct, launch the campaign!
You can always go back and check your campaign's progress.
Solution: The AI will automatically create a summary of your website. You can edit this to make sure the AI understands your offer perfectly.
LinkedIn: The AI will give you tips on how to improve your LinkedIn profile so it looks better to potential customers.
Best Tips for Success
Run 3-5 campaigns at once: This is the best way to learn what works. You can test different offers, different groups of people, or different ways of talking about your service.
Check your inbox: It usually takes a few days for people to start replying.
Use the filters: Use the filters in your inbox to easily sort replies and find the messages you need to answer.
Let the AI help: When it's your turn to reply, the AI will suggest responses to help you quickly set up a meeting.
That's it! You're ready to go. If you need any help, you can use the chat feature on the left side of your screen to talk to us live. You can also schedule a meeting with your account manager.
