Conditions and Delays in a Campaign
SalesMind AI campaigns enable a series of automated actions to be executed on a list of prospects. Once a campaign is initiated, each action is queued and carried out sequentially on LinkedIn. For campaigns involving multiple consecutive actions, it's essential to validate specific conditions and incorporate delays between each step.
What is a condition?
A "condition" refers to a criterion or set of criteria that determines whether a prospect can enter, progress through, or exit a campaign.
Types of Conditions
Entry Conditions for the Campaign:
These criteria determine the eligibility of prospects to be added to a campaign.
⬆️ Example
A prospect must have the status "not connected" to be included in your invitation campaign.
Progression Conditions within the Campaign:
Once prospects are part of the campaign, these conditions manage their progression from one step to another or their removal from the campaign.
⬆️ Example
In an "Invitation + Message" campaign, after sending an invitation. The condition for sending the next action is the acceptance of your invitation.
⚠️Note: A prospect who is "not connected" cannot receive a message from SalesMind AI.
How do you see that a prospect is waiting for a condition?
In a simple invitation campaign, you can follow prospects and their current status in the "Leads" sub-tab:
What is a Delay?
A delay is a specified waiting period inserted between two actions or before validating a condition. Delays can be implemented with other conditions, such as "X days delay before next action"
⚠️Note:You cannot modify a delay for a campaign that is already in progress or paused.
🦾 Tips: You can make delay in minute, hour or day
What happens when a prospect replies?
If you get a reply from a prospect in response to any of your notes, messages, they will be removed from this campaign and no longer receive any more messages as part of this sequence.
When a prospect exits a campaign, they are marked with a specific "tag" status. This allows you to easily filter and manage them within your campaign.
How to Filter Tagged Prospects:
Navigate to the “Leads” section.
Use the “Lead Tag” filter.
Select the desired tag(s) to view all prospects with that status.
In which cases does the prospect exit in the "Finished" state?
Prospects exit a campaign and are marked as "Finished" under the following conditions:
No Reply to Pending Invitation:
If prospects do not respond to the invitation within the campaign's designated timeframe, any scheduled messages cannot be sent.
Reply to Connection Note, Message:
If prospects respond to a connection note, message, or email during the campaign, they will exit the campaign and will not receive any subsequent actions.
By adhering to these exit conditions, SalesMind AI ensures that your campaigns remain relevant and respectful of prospect interactions, enhancing overall campaign effectiveness.
