Your booking link is the calendar you want prospects to use when they say yes. In SalesMind AI it is not stored in one global place — it lives in three, and each one does a different job. That is why changing it in a single spot (like your sender profile) often looks like it "did nothing."
If you are handing booking over to a colleague, or switching to a new calendar, this guide shows you the one place that actually changes what prospects receive — and the two other places to update so nothing points at the old link later.
When you need this
- You changed your calendar in one place, but prospects still get the old link.
- You want appointments to go to a colleague's calendar instead of yours.
- You switched booking tools (for example, a new Calendly or Google appointment page).
👉 The one rule to remember: only the campaign decides what link a prospect actually receives. Everything else is a starting value.
Update your link in all three places
Do them in this order. Step 1 is the only one that changes messages going out right now.
1. Each live campaign — the one that matters. This is the link prospects actually get. Open the campaign's settings → click the Settings tab → update the Landing page URL field. Repeat for every live campaign, including any with "pause new outreach" on. Each campaign keeps its own private copy, so you update them one at a time.
2. Each sender — Sender Settings → Sender Information → Calendar. This is the link SalesMind AI suggests when you build a new campaign with that sender. Updating it does not touch campaigns you already created — it only sets the starting point for future ones.
3. Your Agent — Information tab → Links. Add or update the calendar link and set its type to booking. This feeds your agent's knowledge and lets you track clicks. It is not the link sent inside your campaign messages.
Why your old link keeps showing up
When you create a campaign and pick a sender, SalesMind AI copies that sender's calendar link into the campaign. From that moment on, the campaign uses its own copy. So if you only change the sender, every campaign you already built keeps pointing at the old calendar — that is the "it still shows myself" surprise. To hand booking over cleanly: update every live campaign (step 1), then update the sender (step 2) for future campaigns.
