SalesMind AI decides the outreach language in a strict priority order: your campaign language setting wins; if none is set, the AI detects the right language from the prospect's profile and context. You are always one setting away from full control.
What is the priority order?
| Priority | Source | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Campaign language setting | Always, when set — every message in the campaign uses it |
| 2 | AI language detection | When no campaign language is set: the AI reads the prospect's profile and context and picks the language they actually use |
Which languages are supported?
Messages can be generated in the language your prospects use — campaigns commonly run in English, French, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Italian and more. Per-touchpoint instructions are understood in English, French and Portuguese, and quality-check exemptions (like "No question") also recognize short forms in German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch.
💡 Tip: running one campaign across prospects in different countries? Leave campaign language unset and let detection choose per prospect — or split into per-language campaigns for tighter control of tone and idiom.
How does language interact with quality checks?
Readability scoring (FK grade level) runs on English messages only. All other quality checks — length, links, question policy, placeholders, overall review — run in every language. Details: Understanding Message Quality Checks.
