How to Track Outreach Performance

Track your campaign invitations, messages, and replies in the SalesMind AI dashboard to measure results and improve outreach.

Welcome back! Once your campaigns are running, the Campaign Dashboard is your main control center. This is where you measure performance, spot trends, and make improvements so your outreach gets better every day.


Step 1: Check Invitations and Acceptance Rates

  • Invitations Sent: Total number of connection requests.

  • Invitations Accepted: How many prospects connected.

  • Benchmarks:

    • ✅ Above 50% = excellent campaigns

    • ⚠️ Between 30–50% = okay, but can improve

    • ❌ Below 30% = a warning sign to adjust targeting or messaging


Step 2: Review Messaging Activity

Your dashboard shows:

  • Messages Sent: Daily total of delivered messages

  • Replies Received: Daily responses, shown on a graph

  • Visits Scheduled: Only prospects who have not replied or been excluded continue here

👉 This keeps your funnel clean and focused on the right prospects.


Step 3: Understand Sequence Completion

The system automatically adjusts who continues:

  • Already connected contacts are skipped

  • Prospects in other campaigns are excluded

  • Replies stop automated follow-ups

This ensures you only reach those who have not yet responded.


Step 4: Track AI Classifications

Every reply from the contact triggers the AI to tag the conversation automatically as:

  • Bad Timing

  • Not Interested

  • Skeptical

  • Converted

  • Interested

  • Researching

  • Hesitant

  • Negotiation

  • Closed - Lost

  • Open Deal

  • Neutral

  • Referral

What to aim for:

  • At least 30% acceptance rate

  • 25–35% as Interested

  • 2–7% conversions, depending on CRM data


Step 5: Monitor Funnel Health

Your goal is to keep people moving through the funnel:

  • Track connections, messages, and visits daily

  • Look for unusual drops or spikes

  • Consistent activity means a healthy campaign

  • If acceptance drops below 30%, adjust targeting or messaging

  • Respond quickly to replies to keep the momentum

  • Use AI classifications to focus on the best leads
