The Inbox is your central hub for managing LinkedIn conversations within SalesMind AI. It consolidates all messages, statuses, and lead details into a single workspace so you can keep track of every prospect interaction.

The interface adapts to your screen size and is divided into three panels:

  • Left Panel - Senders, filters, search, and tags.

  • Middle Panel - Conversation history and AI drafting tools.

  • Right Panel - Prospect profile details, persona fit, and analysis.


Key Features

1. Conversation Management

  • View all ongoing conversations across senders.

  • Filter and sort messages, clear filters, or search by name.

  • Quickly identify unread messages and “Your Turn” replies.

  • Open full conversation history with AI-generated drafts ready to validate.


2. Lead Status Tracking
Each conversation is tagged with a status (e.g., Connected, Engaged, Follow-Up Scheduled, Unresponsive, Sleeping, Terminated).

  • Status changes automatically as prospects reply or stop replying.

  • Helps you understand where each lead sits in the funnel.


3. Persona & Qualification

  • Each lead is matched to a persona defined in your Agent.
