Start Using the New Autopilot & CRM Features

We're excited to announce our latest update, packed with powerful new features to help you reply faster, automate your outreach, and keep your CRM in perfect sync. This guide will walk you through all the new features and improvements so you can start using them immediately to boost your prospecting efforts.

Autopilot: Automate Your Outreach

Autopilot is a new feature designed to save you time and ensure no lead falls through the cracks. It provides a more hands-off approach to managing your conversations.

  • Autopilot for Campaigns: When creating a new campaign, you now have two options for your AI agent's replies:

    • Copilot: The AI drafts replies, and you review and send them yourself.

    • Autopilot: The AI automatically writes and sends replies for you within 10 minutes of receiving a message. It also intelligently schedules follow-ups to nurture leads who go quiet, with no extra configuration needed.

  • Autopilot for Single Leads: You can activate or deactivate Autopilot for individual leads directly from your Inbox or the Campaign > Leads tab. This is perfect for personalizing your automation on a case-by-case basis.

  • Autopilot for Bulk Actions: To streamline your workflow for large campaigns, you can now apply Autopilot to multiple leads at once from your Inbox or Campaign > Leads tab.


Enhanced Selection: The Select All Feature

Quickly perform bulk actions on entire lists of leads. The Select All feature now selects every lead in your list, not just the ones visible on your screen. You can use it in your Inbox, Campaign > Leads, and Lead Lists. No more manually scrolling to load every lead.


Personalized Tone of Voice

To ensure your AI messages sound authentic, SalesMind AI now learns your unique writing style.

Go to Agent > Sender > Settings > Tone of Voice, and the AI will analyze your last 70 LinkedIn messages to mimic your tone for all initial outreach, replies, and nurturing sequences.


Shortcut Agent: Faster Navigation

You can now access key sender settings with fewer clicks. Simply click the sender row to open main settings or use the three-dot menu to quickly reach:

  • LinkedIn settings

  • Sender settings

  • Outreach settings

  • Sender profile

  • LinkedIn profile

  • Withdrawal of the last 14 days of connection requests


CRM Integrations

We've expanded our CRM compatibility to keep your sales pipeline synchronized and help the AI manage your data.

  • Pipedrive Integration: SalesMind AI now integrates directly with Pipedrive alongside HubSpot.

  • Two-way Sync: With both HubSpot and Pipedrive, all lead information—including emails, messages, and new contact details—is now synchronized in both directions between your CRM and SalesMind.

  • Automatic Deal Creation: When a meeting is booked, SalesMind AI automatically creates a deal in your CRM with all essential information.

  • Task Automation: SalesMind AI automatically creates a CRM task for you when a new message comes in, and completes the task once you've sent a reply. This ensures no lead falls through the cracks.

Expanded Integrations

  • Zapier Integration: You can now connect SalesMind AI to thousands of other apps using our native Zapier integration.

Localization & Regional Support

  • Translated Interface: The platform is now fully translated into Brazilian Portuguese to better support our users in Brazil.

  • Expanded City & Regional Targeting: The AI Lead Finder now supports over 100 new cities/regions in both Brazil and the UK, allowing for more precise targeting.


Campaign Management Improvements

  • Campaign Conflict Management: SalesMind AI now prevents you from contacting the same lead across multiple campaigns. The first campaign to schedule an activity with a lead will secure it, and all others will automatically be blocked.

  • LinkedIn Warm-Up: The account warm-up period has been optimized for safety and efficiency. It is now 2 weeks, with a gradual and randomized activity increase to avoid detection. Pending connection requests are auto-cleaned daily, and new connections are auto-accepted.
