Getting Started with SalesMind AI

This guide walks new users through setting up their SalesMind AI account, connecting LinkedIn senders, configuring missions, and launching campaigns for automated outreach.

1. Account Setup

  1. Register an Account

    • Go to the SalesMind registration page and create your account.

    • An agent (workspace for your LinkedIn senders) is automatically created.

    • This agent will host all your campaigns, missions, and senders.

  2. Add and Verify Your LinkedIn Sender

  3. Verify Company & Service Information

    • Ensure the following are accurate:

      • Company Website Business details

      • Competitors to avoid targeting

      • Services / Offers that will be promoted

    • Update or add missing information to help AI generate accurate campaigns.

    • This verification ensures the AI knows the right context for outreach.

  4. Verify Personas

    • Check the AI-suggested personas (types of leads you want to target).

    • Update or create new personas if needed.

    • Correct personas help campaigns target the right audience efficiently.


2. Create a Mission

  1. What is a Mission?

    • A mission is a strategy container that sets the foundation for campaigns.

    • It combines senders, personas, and services to quickly generate multiple campaigns.

    • Select the sender(s) you want to use.

    • Verify or add services that will be promoted.

    • Review or update AI-suggested personas.

    • Target competitors if relevant.

Tip: Missions ensure campaigns are structured, targeted, and efficient.


3. Campaign Setup

  1. Landing Pages / Conversion Goals

    • Signup page, Website/Product page, Event registration, Lead capture forms, Job descriptions.

  2. Message Handling

    • Choose who manages replies:

      • Co-pilot: AI drafts, human approves.

      • Autopilot: AI sends automatically.

    • Set rules for nurturing follow-ups.

  3. Advanced Settings

    • Inactive Days / Holidays

    • Business Hours

    • Blacklist (exclude profiles/companies)

    • Duplicate Security (avoid multiple senders contacting the same lead)


4. Launching Campaigns

  1. Review AI-generated strategy for the mission.

  2. Click Launch to start campaigns.

  3. AI distributes prospects according to sender, persona, and service.

  4. Campaign initialization may take a few minutes.


5. Recommended Messaging Sequence

  1. Step 1: Start with a Visit action to engage prospects.

  2. Step 2: Send a short, personalized message one day later.

  3. Step 3: Send a follow-up a few days later.

Tips:

  • Keep messages concise; LinkedIn previews only the first few lines.

  • Avoid long paragraphs to maximize reply rates.
