Agents in SalesMind AI represent your company or department. To collaborate effectively, you can invite teammates to join your agent and assign them roles with the right permissions.


How to Invite a Teammate

  1. Navigate to your Agent and open the Members tab.

  2. Click Add Member.

  3. Enter your teammate’s email address.

  4. Choose their role (Admin or Member).

    • Admin: Can delete lists, accounts, and campaigns.

    • Member: Has standard permissions but cannot delete.

  5. Confirm by clicking Add Member.

Your teammate will receive an email invitation to join.
