What is a Mission?

A mission is a higher-level strategy tool above campaigns. Instead of configuring everything manually, you define your services, personas, and conversion goals, and the AI creates multiple optimized campaigns.

Missions ensure your outreach strategy is efficient from the start and allow you to test and refine across audiences, services, and value propositions.

Steps to Create a Mission

1. Select Profiles

Choose which profiles (senders) will be used for the campaigns. Each profile represents a LinkedIn account that will handle outreach.

2. Define Services

Add the products, features, or services the AI should promote. Each service should include:

  • Name

  • Type (e.g., service or product)

  • URL with detailed information

  • Description to give the AI context

3. Add Personas

Select or edit personas that represent your target audiences. You can also add competitors for targeting. These personas define who the campaigns will reach.

4. Set Conversion Goals

Define what outcome each campaign should aim for:

  • Book a demo or meeting (via chat or calendar link)

  • Sign up for the app

  • Visit a product website

  • Register for an event

  • Capture contact details (form, email, phone)

  • Find a candidate (hiring use case)

The AI adjusts the conversation strategy depending on your goal.

5. Manage Replies

Choose how replies are handled:

  • Copilot: AI drafts responses, but you validate them in the inbox.

  • Autopilot: AI replies automatically within 3–10 minutes.

  • Nurturing: If a lead stops replying, the AI follows up after a set delay.

6. Advanced Settings

Fine-tune campaign behavior:

  • Inactive Days - Schedule days off.

  • Time Zones - Message prospects during their business hours.

  • Blacklist - Exclude specific companies or profiles.

  • Duplicate Security - Prevent multiple senders in the same agent from contacting the same lead.

7. Campaign Generation

Based on your inputs, the AI generates multiple campaigns per profile.

  • Campaigns can be edited or deleted individually.

  • Each campaign includes leads, sequences, and outreach settings.

Key Takeaways

  • A mission is the most efficient way to set up multiple campaigns.

  • Define services, personas, and goals once, and let the AI create optimized campaigns.

  • Use Copilot or Autopilot to handle replies and keep leads engaged.

  • Campaign-level outreach settings (e.g., blacklists) are the only ones that take effect.
