Where to Find Your Billing Settings
You can reach your billing settings in three short steps.
- Open SalesMind AI and look at the left side panel.
- Click your profile at the bottom of the panel.
- Click Billing.

The Two Buttons Below the Plans
Scroll down past the plans. You see two buttons:
- Meet Sales Team
- Manage Billing

Meet Sales Team
Click this if you want help picking the right plan. It books a meeting with one of our experts. They can walk you through your options and answer any questions about pricing.
Manage Billing
Click this to open your Stripe billing page. From there, you can view and change every detail of your subscription.

What You Can Do on Your Stripe Billing Page
Once you click Manage Billing, your Stripe billing page opens. Here is everything you can do from there.

See Your Current Plan
Your active plan is at the top of the page. You also see:
- The next billing date
- The estimated next payment
This is the fastest way to know what's coming and when.
Update Your Payment Method
You see the credit card linked to your account. You can:
- Add a new payment method
- Switch which card is the default
- Remove an old card
Update Your Billing Information
Your billing details show on this page too - company name, address, tax ID, and so on. You can edit any field by hand.
Download Past Invoices
Your full invoice history is on the same page. Click any invoice to open or download the PDF.

Update or Cancel Your Subscription
You can change your plan or cancel it from this page. Stripe walks you through the next steps before you confirm.
⚠️ Warning: If you cancel, your plan stays active until the next billing date. After that date, you lose access to SalesMind AI.

- Looking inside agent settings. Billing lives in your profile menu, not under an agent.
- Cancelling without checking the date. Always check the next billing date before you confirm a cancellation.
