If your campaigns show as “Disconnected,” it means SalesMind AI no longer has access to your LinkedIn account. When this happens, no outreach or activities will run until you reconnect.


1. Why You Were Disconnected

The most common reasons are:

  • Expired cookie session - LinkedIn periodically ends sessions for security.

  • Logged out of LinkedIn - Signing out of LinkedIn also ends the SalesMind AI session.


2. How to Reconnect

  1. Go to your Campaigns page. You will see campaigns marked as Disconnected.
