SalesMind AI depends on your LinkedIn browser session to work properly. Using the wrong browser or setup can cause errors such as failed imports or disconnections.
1. Use the Same Browser Profile for LinkedIn and SalesMind
Make sure you log in to both LinkedIn and SalesMind AI from the same browser profile.
If you use different browsers (e.g., LinkedIn in Safari, SalesMind in Chrome) or different Chrome profiles, SalesMind cannot access your LinkedIn session cookies.
This will result in a disconnected account and no outreach activity being sent.
2. Safari URL Limit
When importing leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, long search URLs may not copy correctly in Safari.
Safari has a maximum URL length of 4,096 characters. Longer searches are cut off, and SalesMind cannot process them.
π Recommendation: Use Chrome when copying and pasting Sales Navigator search URLs, especially if your search includes many filters.
