Your SalesMind AI sender has a daily limit for each type of LinkedIn action. Those limits are shared across every campaign running on that sender — so the more active campaigns you have, the smaller each one's share of the daily budget.
What your daily quota actually is
There is no single "daily quota" number. Your sender tracks four independent counters, each reset every day:
| Action | Default daily limit |
|---|---|
| Connection requests | 25 |
| Messages | 100 |
| Profile visits | 60 |
| Follows | 60 |
SalesMind AI draws from these counters each time a campaign activity is scheduled. Once a counter reaches zero, no more of that action type is scheduled for that sender until the next day — regardless of how many campaigns are active.
How the quota is split across your campaigns
All active campaigns on the same sender share the same four counters. The scheduler works through your active campaigns in order each day, subtracting from the shared counters as it goes. The first campaign to run gets the most activity; later ones get whatever is left.
Example: If you have 12 active campaigns and a 25-connection daily limit, each campaign might only get 2 connections per day. With 3 campaigns, each gets about 8.
We recommend keeping 3 to 5 active campaigns per sender at a time. This is not a hard limit — you can run more — but fewer active campaigns means each one progresses faster.
To free up quota for your most important campaigns, use Pause New Outreach on the ones that are lower priority or not performing well. This is a soft pause — it stops new leads from entering those campaigns while any active conversations continue as normal.
How warm-up affects your daily numbers
When warm-up is enabled, SalesMind AI reduces your daily limits and ramps them up automatically over time. This protects your LinkedIn account from being flagged for unusual activity spikes.
Warm-up lowers the daily counters numerically — it is not just a slower pace. The limits start well below the seated defaults and increase every few days until they reach the full values.
How long the ramp takes depends on your warm-up speed setting:
| Speed | Time to reach full limits | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Cold | ~5 weeks | Brand-new or recently restricted accounts |
| Warm (recommended) | ~3 weeks | Most accounts |
| Hot | ~2 weeks | Well-established accounts with strong history |
You do not need to do anything during warm-up. The limits increase automatically. Once warm-up completes, your sender runs at the full daily limits shown in the table above.
To change your warm-up speed or toggle warm-up on or off, go to Agents → Senders → open your sender settings → General → Warm-up.
Where to see your current daily limit
Open any active campaign and go to the Dashboard tab. The Today's Activity Limit panel shows your current counters — for example: Connections 12/25, Messages 42/100. The left number is how many have been used today; the right is the limit.

If warm-up is active, the limits shown will be lower than the defaults above — that is expected.
How manual LinkedIn activity affects your campaigns
LinkedIn tracks your total weekly connection-request activity across all sources — including anything you do manually in the LinkedIn app or website, not just what SalesMind AI sends.
When you hit LinkedIn's weekly connection-request ceiling (from any source), SalesMind AI reads that signal and stops scheduling new connection requests immediately. This is a hard stop, not a warning. Your other campaign actions (messages, visits, follows) continue as normal.
If your campaigns suddenly stop sending connection requests, check whether you have been sending invitations manually on LinkedIn. If so, pause manual activity and wait for LinkedIn's weekly window to reset.
Why "nothing sent" to a specific lead is not always a quota problem
When a lead has not been contacted yet, it does not always mean you hit your limit. SalesMind AI spreads activities across all leads in a campaign in randomized order to mimic natural human behavior. A lead with many people in the pipeline may simply not have been reached yet. Check the Today's Activity Limit panel to see if connections or messages are still available — if counters show remaining capacity, the lead will be reached in time.
If the counters are at zero, your sender has used its full daily budget and will resume tomorrow.
FAQ
Why is my campaign only sending 8 connections a day instead of 25?
Your 25-connection daily limit is shared across all your active campaigns. If you have multiple campaigns running, each one gets a portion of that total. Use Pause New Outreach on campaigns that are not a priority to give your active ones a larger share.
What does warm-up do to my sending numbers — and how long does it last?
Warm-up reduces your daily limits and increases them automatically over time. It does not just slow the pace — the actual limit numbers are lower during the ramp. Depending on your speed setting, it takes about 2 to 5 weeks to reach full limits. You do not need to do anything; the increase happens on its own.
I have 12 active campaigns and each one is barely moving. What should I do?
Your sender's daily quota is split across all 12 campaigns. Each one is getting a very small share. We recommend using Pause New Outreach on the campaigns that are lower priority and keeping 3 to 5 active at a time. The remaining campaigns will then move much faster.
Where can I see my current daily limit?
Open any active campaign, go to the Dashboard tab, and look at the Today's Activity Limit panel. It shows how many actions of each type you have used today and the daily maximum.
Does sending LinkedIn connection requests manually affect my SalesMind AI campaigns?
Yes. LinkedIn counts all connection requests against its weekly cap — whether you send them through SalesMind AI or manually in LinkedIn itself. If you hit that cap from any source, SalesMind AI stops scheduling new connection requests until the cap resets. Avoid sending manual connection requests while running active campaigns.
Can I increase my daily connection or message limits?
The defaults (25 connections, 100 messages, 60 visits, 60 follows) are set to stay within LinkedIn's safe-use thresholds. If you want to raise them slightly, increase by 1 to 3 at a time and wait a few days between changes. LinkedIn has become stricter about high-activity accounts, so keep increases gradual.
Is the 3–5 campaign recommendation a hard limit?
No. You can run as many active campaigns as you like. The recommendation exists because the daily quota is shared — more campaigns means less activity per campaign. Three to five active campaigns is the range where most senders see consistent daily progress.
My campaign stopped sending connection requests but messages are still going out. Why?
This usually means SalesMind AI has detected that LinkedIn's weekly connection-request ceiling has been reached for your account — possibly from manual activity on LinkedIn. Message, visit, and follow actions use separate counters and are not affected. Wait for LinkedIn's weekly window to reset and avoid manual connection requests in the meantime.
