The Google Sheets method lets you import LinkedIn profile URLs from a spreadsheet. This is useful when you already have a curated list of prospects you want to add directly into SalesMind AI.

1. Prepare Your Google Sheet

  • Create a Google Sheet with at least one column containing LinkedIn profile URLs

  • Each URL must start with " https://www.linkedin.com/in/ "

  • Row 1 should not contain a LinkedIn profile URL. Use it as a header (e.g., “LinkedIn Profile”) or leave it empty

👉 SalesMind AI ignores row 1 by design, so profile URLs should begin from row 2

2. Share the Google Sheet

  • Change the sharing settings so that “Anyone with the link can view”

  • Copy the link to the sheet

3. Import into SalesMind AI

  • Paste the sheet link into SalesMind AI under Google Sheet Import

  • The system scans the sheet and imports every valid LinkedIn profile URL it finds

Important Notes

  • SalesMind AI only reads the LinkedIn profile URLs. Any other columns (names, notes, emails, etc.) are ignored

  • Profile URLs must be in the correct LinkedIn format to be imported

  • Row 1 is never read. Keep it blank or use it for column names

  • The sheet must be publicly viewable via link; otherwise, it cannot be accessed

Key Takeaways

  • Use Google Sheets to upload LinkedIn profile URLs directly into a campaign

  • Only profile URLs are imported. Other information in the sheet is ignored

  • Ensure row 1 is not a LinkedIn URL

  • The sheet must be public to allow import

✅ Importing from Google Sheets is one of the fastest ways to add pre-qualified lists of leads into SalesMind AI.
